What’s been happening:

Graduate of Army Language School, (Arabic) Monterey, CA; Mathematics Univ. of MD. Served 4 years in US Army in Cairo, Egypt. Worked 40 yrs for NSA, retired in 1994. Lived for 3 yrs in England, 3 yrs in Hawaii, 2 yrs in Saudi Arabia while with NSA, plus many business trips to middle east and Europe. Married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Now living in Pinehurst, NC where I keep busy playing golf, working out, traveling,enjoying family and friends and life style of a small town. Our Grandson, now 19, recently voted NCAA Division II lacrosse player of the week. Daughter living in San Francisco; son living in Annapolis, MD with our two grandchildren. Wife (Joyce)is an x-ray technician, graduate of Johns Hopkins. Married for 46 years and still happily in that situation. Have been editor of the Phoenix Society newsletter, a document of the NSA retired community, and worked as a golf course ranger for Pinehurst Resort. Have owned a place in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for the past 6 years which is our retreat from Stateside every year and allows me to practice Spanish, drink great tequila, and enjoy fine food and good Mexican cervezas. Travel to California and Hawaii every year which is also a great tonic for the soul. Harry Hoover, class of 1956.
